How DN Agent handles enquiry details, listing records, and the data you send when you ask about a domain in the catalog.
When you send an enquiry we receive the name, email address, phone number, and message you type into the form. We also log basic technical data such as browser type, device, referring page, and the time of the request. Availability checks and offer submissions are stored as part of the same record so we can follow the thread.
Enquiry details are used to answer your question, confirm whether a domain string is still available, and pass the correct registrar details back to you. Records also help us correct a listing if a name changes status. We do not sell your details, and we do not use them for unrelated mailings.
The site uses cookies for basic session handling and to measure which catalog pages are read. Analytics events are aggregated and do not identify you by name. You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings; the catalog will still load, though some preferences may reset.
We rely on a hosting provider, an email service, and a form handler to run the catalog and receive enquiries. These processors only see the data needed to deliver that service. Registrar details are shared with you directly, not with third parties, unless a transfer requires it.
You can ask for a copy of the details we hold, request a correction, or ask us to delete a record. You can also withdraw consent for analytics at any time.
