An enquiry is the starting point, not a reservation. We check whether the name is still available, confirm the details with you, and only then move to an offer. Transfer is arranged through the registrar once both sides agree on the terms of the sale.
Pronunciation, spelling risk, and email readability notes are written to help you shortlist faster. They are not a substitute for your own checks on trademarks, local rules, or how the name fits your market.
All correspondence is handled from South Africa. The catalog is a shortlist tool, not an automated marketplace: there is no checkout button, and no purchase is finalised until the registrar transfer is confirmed.
Listings can change between your enquiry and our reply. If a name is no longer available, we tell you directly and point you to comparable entries in the same category rather than leaving the enquiry open.
If a listing detail looks wrong, send the exact string and the correction. The monospace domain string is the identifier that governs the listing; descriptive text around it does not override it.
